Billing terms
First canvas free. Paid billing only when enabled.
These terms explain the intended paid-plan model. WeCanvas billing is still being prepared for beta and will not charge you unless a paid checkout flow clearly asks you to start a subscription.

Current beta status
WeCanvas is currently operating in a soft-beta billing posture. Public pricing is shown so beta users understand the intended paid model, but live self-serve billing is not enabled until a checkout flow clearly presents the price, billing cadence, renewal terms, and cancellation path before you subscribe.
Plan model
Your first owned canvas is free. If you need additional owned canvases, WeCanvas Plus is planned at $8 per month or $72 per year. The canvas owner or creator pays for paid capacity. Invited members are not charged to join someone else's canvas.
Automatic renewal
When paid subscriptions are enabled, monthly subscriptions will renew each month and annual subscriptions will renew each year unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Any applicable taxes or payment-processing details will be shown during checkout when billing is active.
Payment processor
When paid billing is active, payment details are processed by Stripe through a Stripe-hosted or Stripe-powered checkout flow. WeCanvas does not store full card numbers on its servers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing contact information, transaction records, invoices, and subscription status.
Trials and beta access
During beta, access may be free, discounted, manually granted, or limited while WeCanvas tests the product with early users. Any trial, founder benefit, free period, or discount will be shown before checkout or communicated directly before billing starts.
Cancellations
Once billing is active, paid subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal made available in your account or by contacting hello@ourcanvasspace.com. WeCanvas intends to keep cancellation at least as straightforward as signup. Access to paid features normally continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@ourcanvasspace.com. Refunds are reviewed case by case during beta. Unless required by law or approved by WeCanvas, partial billing periods are not automatically refunded after cancellation. This policy may change before a broader paid launch.
Changes
We may change plan limits, pricing, or billing terms before paid launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page before broader public billing starts. If you already have an active paid subscription, any material change to your renewal price or plan terms will be presented before it applies to future billing periods.
