Do invited members have to pay?
No. Only the person who creates a canvas pays. You can invite up to 10 members per canvas for free, because shared spaces should be accessible to everyone in your circle.
What is the difference between buying a single canvas vs. Plus?
A single extra canvas may make sense for one additional group. Plus is better when you manage multiple circles and want a predictable monthly plan. Final paid add-ons will be confirmed before live billing begins.
What do Founder members get?
Founder beta members receive expanded access during beta, the full pinned-tool set, and a direct feedback channel. Long-term founder benefits will be confirmed before paid launch.
What happens after the beta ends?
Free canvases stay free. Founder benefits remain attached to your account, and paid plan pricing will be clearly confirmed before any billing begins.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Once paid plans are active, you will be able to switch billing cadence from your account settings.
What is included in every canvas?
Every canvas includes private posts, member invites, photo and video sharing, pinned tools, and the core controls needed to keep a group organized.
How does the referral program work?
Referral rewards are not automated yet. For now, WeCanvas tracks high-quality introductions manually during beta.
Why is there a 10 member limit per canvas?
WeCanvas is designed for close circles. The 10-member default keeps spaces personal and predictable, with paid expansion options for groups that need more room.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal once billing is active, or by contacting us at hello@ourcanvasspace.com. Your free canvas remains available.
Is my data private and secure?
WeCanvas is private by invite. We do not use public follower feeds, and launch privacy details are available in the Privacy, Terms, Billing Terms, and Security pages.
